How we run it
Whether it's a standalone plot or a multi-block development, our civil works teams follow a fixed sequence — survey, excavation, foundation, structure, shell — with a site engineer signing off each stage before the next begins. We work with independent structural designs or bring in our own design partners depending on what the client already has in hand.
