Our story

Built in Mardan since 2015.

SKS Builders Pvt. Ltd. is headquartered in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, offering the full spectrum of construction services — general civil works, residential and commercial construction, industrial facilities, road and infrastructure development, renovation, and project management.

We work with homeowners building a single house, developers running housing schemes, and businesses that need commercial or industrial space delivered on schedule. Every project gets a dedicated site engineer and a clear line of communication back to the client — no relying on a subcontractor's word for how things are actually going on site.
