Project overview
The plaza was built as a mixed-use commercial building — retail frontage at street level with office floors above — designed to suit the density and footfall of the Muqam Chowk area. Our scope covered structural work through to shell completion and common-area finishing, coordinated with the client's own fit-out contractors for individual units.
